    anyone have this feeling?

After working out we are all pumped up and the blood is flowing to our muscles. You can see nice definition and enlarged muscles. Time goes by and your back to normal. I want to keep that pumped up look all the time, not just directly after working out. It's just a little discouraging sometimes. I want that constant pump. I know it takes time and training, but i'm never pleased. I always want more.

Well, you aren't going to be able to keep a pump there, buddy. A pump is a useless temporary state.

I like the "pump" to, I look the best during it, but my arm workouts are so tough I can barely even lift a glass of water after. Wouldn't want it all the time.
