    Leg day:

    two sets squats: refrigerator
two sets leg press: book case
    superset with couch
    calve raises: dinning room table
    good mornings: lamp warmup
good mornings: leather recliner till failure

    hope this helps...

    The wife.
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

sometimes when I want to get a good pump in my whole body like before I go to the pool or out somewhere, I take my 12 pound bag of protein powder and do like 60 reps with it on my whole body. Works pretty well.

You don't need anything but bodyweight to get a good workout. The military has been doing it for a couple of thousand years.

    Pushups - vary the angles
    Squats/Knee Bends
    Lunges
    Chins
Plyometrics - jumping, bounding, leaping, etc.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

Well said. A chinup bar that screws into the wall should run you about $12. As well, a medicine ball and a stability ball would make great additions. Even without these things, there is plenty to do.

I really like plyometrics, and according to some, plyometrics can induce some level of hypertrophy.

hey thts how i started working out
since im alandcaper i brought back 100 pound pieces of coping or 80 lb blocks and would brign them into my bedroom and benchpress them on my bed until i finally bought a bench cause it was rippin me up and the bed up cause o the ruff edges. u can use anythign to work out with. a simple tree branch outside is good especially for pull ups/chinups

    wife eh?

i tried benchign my gf its really hard to get the proper hold on her i did it once and then i couldnt do it again.. it was too akward she brought uop the fat thign too. of course it told her tht yeah she is gettign fatter lol jk shes skinny

i find curling her is alot easier and a better workout cause benching 105 lbs is no good curling it is

    good luck man

the world is ur playground so grab anythign and bench it

This is not a good thing to be able to say about one's girlfriend.
