hey everyone, do u think its worthwhile doing any specific forearm excercises? the instructor at my gym reckons that your forearms get workedout enough when training other bodyparts. what do u guys think?

Tough to say...Mentzer did no direct forearm work and his were ridiculously massive. Personally, once a week I do a set of intense wrist and reverse wrist curls. It has helped.

Hmm...well I work out 3 days a week, and I usually just pick one off day to do them both. I do one set to failure, rep range of 8-12. My ROM is good and my strength in the exercises have really gone well.

I notice more gains by lifting heavy than I did by doing direct forearm work.
