How much gear do you take to the gym?
And by "gear", I do not mean 'roids.
For example, I lug all kinds of crap around the gym. I've got my gloves, wrist straps, barbell pad (so I don't tear blood vessels in my shoulders during squats), water bottle, notebook w/pen, towel, and sometimes a sweatshirt. I use all of it on legs day, so I just carry my gym bag with me and keep it close by. I see some guys working out and they carry NOTHING (not even a small towel). Makes me wonder if they have a problem, or if it's me. ![]() |

I guess I have problems. I wear a sweatshirt and have my gloves in my pocket. I did carry a water bottle for awhile.

It depends what I'm training. The only consistent thing I carry is a water bottle.

Save me Jebas! The lesson is: never love anything. Even you? Especially me. I'm more of a well wisher- in that I don't wish you any specific harm. |

I feel like an ass sometimes when i carry my gym bag into the locker room. I have a change of clothes, my toiletry bag, shower shoes, walkman, bottle of water. Usually the gym bag is stuffed full.
