Help With New Routine!!
Help!! I'm soooo
Here's the thing. Starting asap, I'd like a new routine for the gym. I enjoy the routine that I have now, and have altered it slightly every now and again, to keep improving. But, now I'm bored of it, and what better way to start of the new year (or slightly before new years) with a new routine!! I read the sticky about the power/shock/rep range, and am liking the sounds of it, but I think what I really need is a good cutting routine, and am not 100% sure about what to do! I'm just kind of guessing that, but seeing as my goal is really to lose some fat, that's probably best?So my question for you, is what are some good routines that have helped shed fat for you, while still keeping muscle mass? My past routine has consisted of Mon- Leg Tues- Chest Wed- Cardio/stretching Thurs-Back Fri-Arms/Shoulder Current weight- 154 lbs Height- 5'4 1/4" Waist size- 31" Help!! Thanks! -Emmz |

Stay puffed, baby.

Throw in more aerobics?
Just get your diet down, maybe do intense aerobics twice a week? |

Ok, good ideas guys. Thanks for the help! Any more suggestions are welcome.
I tend to do lots of low-key cardio (walking to school/work) daily, but wednesday are high-intensity. ![]() -Emmz |

On the split, I do not see the purpose in training chest by itself, then doing arms and shoulders ( three bodyparts) on Friday. I would suggest moving triceps to Tuesday. |
