Whats the best cardio excercise that does not consume any muscle tissue?How do you do it? Is it ok to do it while bulking?
If you do any cardio while bulking, I highly suggest you do it days that you do not lift. As well, HIIT is a great alternative to standard cardio. Sprinting, or other high intensity forms of exercise, are also great additions. I have been doing a callisthenics program, which I really enjoy.
