    Need a WorkOut Plan/Plz Help

Hello from a guy who is half way across the Atlantic from you lot in rainy old london
Let me introduce myself as i haven't been on here for a while but am kean to step up, on my physique. I have been body building for 3 years now. From the age of 18 i started pretty much putting on weight as i was naturally really skinny. My weight shot up from 11 stone to nearly 14stone which was amazing in my eyes as i thought i never could achieve that. Well now Ive seem to have hit a plateau. I bet you guys read abundant amount of posts similar to mine but please help me out if you can!
What i need is someone who would be generous enough to devise a workout schedule me for, specifically targeting different body parts. IE., Chest, shoulders, back, biceps etc.
Bearing in my mind i am a natural Ectomorpth (meaning i am skinny and a hard gainer!) I am also very tall 6ft 4. At the moment i seem to be loosing body fat and becoming alot leaner but at the same time feel like I'm loosing muscle, which is no good. So any help you guys can come up with would be much appreciated.

Many thanks from an English friend

The key to training is doing so progressively. Improve reps or weight EVERY workout. This is difficult to achieve. Also get your diet in check...many consider it impossible to bulk and cut at the same time, but I've never fully subscribed to this. Good luck.
