i'm just curious, (i've never been injured thankgod) but a lotta people mess up their rotator cuffs. How does that happen and how can I prevent that from happening to me? And how do some people tear their pecs??? From doing too much volume or what?

bad forum

sorry

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
