. He is correctly assesing your photographs ... I myself am one who is unable to pack on a lot of size quickly. You still need to eat more if you want to see progress ... you are extremely skinny. Don't post pictures if you want to be told your physique rivals dexter jackson, its nonsense.

Squat: 5x5: 295lbs
Bench: 1x4: 275
Dead: 1x1: 475
Yes PreMier was just saying what he thinks about you, you knew you would receive some criticism.

Not to be an asshole, but don't post your pictures if you dont expect to be critiqued. Your about fifty pounds away from turning those "good for 15" comments into regular "good" comments. Your legs are seriously lacking and your chest is rather small.
Keep it up.
Thats me in my avitar. I have more, but dont feel like posting. This avi, was about 20lbs ago. I had been training for 6 months or so.Originally Posted by Dahkid

You ARE skinny. But I am also more than a little impressed with you. I personaly think you look great for your size.
Please dont take criticism harshly because criticism is always a reality when you bodybuild. We do this because we honestly mean to help, not hurt. Three months ago I got told that I had no lats. Well it hurt, but I used that honesty to bust my ass into getting some. Now they are coming along nicely, but I still have a ways to go.
But you really do look awesome. Read Premier's journal and all the journals of the other big guys to see what they do. Its how Im learning.

Someday....I will be like you....
yeah man im 17, check out my pics if u want to. im skinny too, n i dont care who tells me that i am. people will always criticize, jus rememner that in here its not criticism outa jealosy, its all jus to help you out. ur still young like i am. gotta learn to take the critics point of view too, sometimes thats whta helps you out thae most. i would kno, all my life i was a little kid with NO muscle and i was kinda picked on and told i was little, one day i got so sick of it i decided to do somethin bout it, and now people dont mess with me and they kno me for my muscle, its a good feeling. but if ur lookin for a compliment..........u are making good progress, ur big for a 15 year old. but dont get cocky, i have a few 15 year old guys i lift with that would blow u away. but still keep up the good work, u have alot of mass for u age, good size. get more cut though to look more impressive, diet and cardio.
keep up the good work, man. stay in the gym and out of trouble and i don't give a rat's ass if you ever get "hyooge". it's a lifestyle. it's a committment thing, yunno. keep it up!
