One Bodypart A Day
I would like to try a one-bodypart-a-day workout, for 5 days a week, taking weekends off. i'd like some suggestions on which bodyparts to work on which days, to maximize recuperation, and minimize overlap. Thanks!

You'll see better gains if you consolidate your workout into less days.
Hey, I should know. I started out working one body part a day and moved to doing multiple parts per workout day (four total). I saw gains doing one part per day, but I've seen better gains doing it multi part. |
