human body with time
hello...
I'm just wondering, does a normal male without doing exercice (not that this concerns me) get stronger with time ? and if so, what is the approximate age the male body reaches its full potential? just worried because I train seriously but at 20 yrs old my body still looks underdevelloped... so maybe I haven't stop growing? *crosses fingers* thanks!! |

Everyone has different genetics, so if you are "underdeveloped" you are probably an ectomorph is what it sounds like you are describing.
Once you hit 25 or so, things start going downhill hormonally. |

Guess it's kinda catch 22 for us ectos, cause < 25 is great for test levels and recovery ability, energy levels and such but yeah harder to put on mass. You really have to eat well and get those calories up above norm. After 25 it becomes easier to get bigger but you wish you were younger cause it's easier to stay lean. I just think lifestyle changes in late 20's is what makes the difference. Not saying this is same for everyone but just my experience. Quote:

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
