    Curling question

    standing barbell curls...

    I've seen people do these and go all the way down till like there back of there hand touches there leg and bring it all the way back up to chest...

    I usually use 90 lb. barbell weight and do 3 sets of 10 and only go down half way down (perpendicular to my body) then bring it back up all the way...

    Which way would be better for power lifting? getting bigger...

    You should always use a full range of motion. You're primarily strengthening your biceps in the range of motion you move them in. If you want this strength to carry over most effectively to your heavy compound exercises like chinups and rows, then you will use a full range of motion.

    Ok so i should probably drop down to about 70 lb. weight and do same workout but full range motion
