I don't do any direct work, but if did I would probably do something like Gopro recommended.

If you count deadlifts, shrugs, SLDL's, and my entire back routine, then quite a bit. If you mean specific exercises, then once.

I LIKE TO TRAIN MY FOREARMS TWICE A WEEK. i FEEL IT GIVES ME A MORE MUSCULAR APPPEARANCE.

Mine burn so much during some of my back exercises (still have been too lazy to buy straps, but maybe that's a good thing) that I figure they're getting enough of a workout. i think they're one of those annoying body parts that take brutal amounts to see any noticeable gains, same as calves
