I don't train them, I just try to not use straps and they got worked enough.

I don't train them directly at all.
Between shrugs on shoulder day,
stiff legged deads on leg day,
and regular deads plus other back exercises,
the forearms get enough indirect work.

As suggested by others, leave the straps at home.
I find that chalk helps.

I do behind my back wrist curls with a bb 3x8. then for about 10 minutes after that i just keep flexing my forearm so it feels like it will explode. I dont no if this will help with mass but i sure hope so because it hurts alot. I do this about once a week if i have enough in me after my one of my workouts.

2 supersets of wrist curls and reverse wrist curls once per week on bicep day. That, along with hammer curls keep my forearms thick and vascular.

on my bicep days i do 3 excersies for biceps i might need to do some more.. but i do ez-curl bar, hammer dumbbells, and either dumb bell curls or pully curl, is there anything one should do other switch around some of the straight bar stuff.. they have been growing pretty good.. hammer dumbbels has make my bicep like double-triple the size in the last 6months..

Your biceps get worked when u train back, and your triceps get worked when u train chest....yet we wouldn't dare go a week without blastin the hell out of our arms right?? So why not train forearms...Hammer curls 3 sets 8-10 reps, 2 supersets of wrist curls and reverse wrist curls followed by some grip work on bicep day..

If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you always got...go heavy or go home..there is NO substitute fo intensity!!!

I have yet trained forearms as a sperate muscle in years.. and as long as I get comps from peeps about the size and shape I'm fine with what I have there.

I do get one hell of a pump when I do back day/bi day. I refuse to use straps.. and my foreams are near bursting when I am done. That's a better burn and engorgement thatn I can ever remember doing forearms by themselves....

I train them everytime I do my total arm day. This is twice a week. I feel that you are only as strong as your weakest link, if your forarms are week, how can you tax the rest of your arms or in some cases DB exercises for the back?
