Wow 9000 cals a day? I kind of doubt I'm breaking 3,000... I know I need to eat more to get bigger, but I can't really force myself to eat a lot, just doesn't feel natural for me.

Here's what I'll usually have in one day:

2 eggs with a piece of american cheese on whole wheat bread
2 PBJ sandwhiches
2-3 protein shakes with 16 oz of 2% milk (40g protein per shake)
1-2 salads with grilled chicken
Lean steak or grilled chicken with potatoes and other vegetables
(off and on: fruit and bread/english muffin with peanut butter)

I doubt they are actually taking in 9k calories...especially not at 130lbs lol.

Don't sweat the food consumption...just up it a few hundred calories a week and you will be fine. If bulking is you plan for now but can't stomach alot of food just slowely up the meals and before you know it you will be consuming alot more calories then you ever though you could. Your stomach needs to be worked into eating that much.

My goal is to get back to benching the same amount as before I messed up my shoulder, and to be able to draw my bow again.

My goal is to steadily improve strength. As well, I'm going to look to increase muscular endurance.

I have been doing a callisthenics routine, but I'm about to switch to a pure muscular endurance routine consisting of bodyweight exercises and some HIIT cardio at the end.

I'm not big on setting numerical goals. If I make steady progress, then that is enough for me.

My goal is to be big enough to move from the latter group to the former.

I want to finally hit 225 on my bench. Which, yes I know is way WAY under what a lot of you guys can do. I almost got my deadlift to 500 last week.

Yeah,.... 225 is what I want most. Shouldn't take too long, I hope. I'm at 185 now.

Jeeze...185. That's impressive though...considering some of us have only recently just graduated from the 2 digit mark...
