    My Training Routine While Cutting... Rate it,,,,

    currenty I am in cutting and I my training routine is like this,,

    Day 1: Chest + frond shoulder + tricep
    Day 2: Cardio + ABS
    Day 3: Back + Behind neck shoulder + Traps
    Day 4: Cardio + ABS
    Day 5: Legs + Bicep
    Day 6: Cardio + ABS
    Day 7: Off

    What are your inputs about this training routine?

    How many different exercises for each group? sets? reps? what kind of cardio? how long? Can't anylize a book by only looking at the cover.

    Honestly doesn't look to good to me...poor arrangement of body parts. Also as curl mentioned types of cardio, sets, reps, volume, the whole nine. Give it to us so we can better judge it.

    I think the split looks fine, although you might as well just put biceps on back day, because it seems you are going for that type of routine.

    I would turn ab workouts into core workouts. Make sure to work your lower back frequently in addition to your abs. Do weighted core work. Abs are not just endurance muscles; they need a great level of strength if you plan on performing compound exercises like squats. Working them out 3 days per week is just fine, but be sure to make the volume very low. 2-4 sets of weighted ab work per session should be plenty if you are hitting them 3 times per week.
