    How often to change routine?

How often should I change up my routine so I don't start to plateau? I've been doing this routine for about a month now with pretty good results.

    Current Routine

    Monday - Chest/Tri
    Tuesday - Cardio (HIIT)/Abs
    Wednesday - Back
    Thrursday - same as Tues.
    Friday - Shoulders/Bi
    Saturday - Legs
    Sunday - off

Also, how do I change up my routine...Should I do different exercises/different number of sets/reps, etc.?

I would keep the same routine until you notice a decrease in gains; no one can really tell you a set amount of time in which you should change your routine. Personally, my routine changes every time I do it. Sometimes I don't feel I'm getting results from an exercise, so I'll replace it with a different one, sometimes I'll do a bit more jogging to start things off, etc., just doing what feels right. I'm certainly no expert, but my advice would be to stick with what works until it works no longer.

when it stops working...switch it up...add 5lbs to your lifts every other week or add an extra rep till you hit a certain mark and up the weight...think small to achieve big

    Squat: 5x5: 295lbs
    Bench: 1x4: 275
    Dead: 1x1: 475
