    numb

When I use my eliptical trainer for more than 30 minutes my toes go numb on my right foot?? Just my right foot any ideas?? I have to switch to the bike for about 10 minutes then finish up on the eliptical with no other problems... Starting to get on my nerves a little...

try different shoes, the insole may be a little worn causing you to put too much preassure on a spot causing the numbness.
