    Couple of questions

I have been working out for about 8 months now, and have heard mixed information. So I was wondering if you guys could set me in the right directions.

    1. It is a waste of time to do leg workout for strength, and then do cardio, like running. I was told that this will cancle out the workout for strength?

    2. Is it better to go slow or fast?

    3. More weight, less reps=strenght, and less weight, more reps=definition?

    4. Will I be over working my-self if it do chest with dumbells on friday, and regular bench on mondays, skipping wesnesday?

    Thanks in advance guys

    1. Cancel it? No, but if you don't take in some sort of recovery meal in between your weights and running you could break down muscle fibers and deplete yourself to the point where your body begins using muscle as fuel.

    2. What do you think? What gets your heart rate up, a sweat moving and burning calories? If you're at an incline, you'll obviously go slower.

    3. There's no such thing as spot toning. Less weight, more reps builds muscular endurance, more weight, less reps goes strength/size.

    4. Why not do all chest stuff on one day?

What kind of meal would you recommend, I usually do weights, and then cardio, back to back.

Well would I overdo it when it come to chest if I do, reg bench, decline, and then flat bench with dumbells, and then incline with dumbells?

    Thanks

I'd go with a good protein shake that has adequate protein and carbs.

Your chest day would be fine like that.
