    Is this possible?

    what does this mean?

    ive been trying to lose excess bf, and it looks like it is working. my weight is going down, and it looks like my fat around my lower abs, and lower back is decreasing, yet i dont see a change in the measurments!!!!

    what does this mean guys, help is much appreatiated!

    It means your losing fat, while retaining LBM. If you are good enough to get your diet spot on, you can lose fat, and GAIN LBM at the same time.

    Sit upright and tighten your abs. Pinch what fat you can from around your navel. Do this every day. It will never lead you astray.

    Since muscle is denser than fat, you are gaining LBM, while losing fat..
