I just hope I survive tomorrow

Monday 3 sets 5 reps of everything
Squats, power cleans, bench press, incline bp, and just some auxillary weights..

Tuesday cardio day, 'bout 40 minutes of non stop running
    Wednesday same as monday
    Thursday same as tuesday

Now monday was my first time to squat, and power clean so you might be able to guess how bad my hams, quads, glutes, and back were burning after that day.. Except the burn didn't go away Felt a bit of it on tuesday but it wasn't as bad till after cardio, ooh that was such a bad day.. Hurt to sit down or stand up. Now today isn't so bad, my form was great and I knew what I could lift (not much weight) but there still is a bit of burn. Now I hope when I rest that my muscles fully recover so I can keep up.. But at this point it just feels like certain death

Does this mean Fri/Sat/Sun are rest days?

You'll be OK be week 2 if not 3 and getting bigger and stronger. Will make the first week seem worthwhile.
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

I miss being that sore. I still get sore after lifting, but not usually like that. However, cleans do get my traps really good. I envy you.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

LOL I made it! Yes, in my opinion cleans feel great I love 'em right now... and squats, now that i'm a bit used to it I feel better than I ever have before.

Make sure your muscles can fully heal before you go do it again, over-working gets you no mass, and the more you rest, the more they will grow
