Legs

BB Squat
One leg Split squat
Stiff leg deads
Ham curl
Quad extension


chest

Incline benched cable curls
Incline pushups


Arms

Rope Pushdown
supine one arm pull downs

DB Curls
Hammer Curls
reverse grip oly bb curls

calves

Back

50 bodyweight pullups
Close grip pull downs
seated rows
seated one arm cable rows

Shoulders

DB Mil PRess
DB Flyes
DB Fr Raises
reverse flies one arm cable rear delts
Shrugs

abs

What are your goals?

How many sets are you doing for each exercise?

50 bodyweight pullups I wish I could ............



What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

thx for replies, sorry for delay


goals are to slowly gain a few pounds of lean while maintaining low bf and always get stronger

I do like 4 sets per exercise, 8-12 reps
