Doesn't look bad. Are you off on Saturdays? If you find you're not gaining much try cutting cardio to 2 days a week and have a second rest day.
Hey all,
New guy to the forum here. Looking forward to learning a lot here. Been lifting off and on for years. Got my new routine set up. My goal is to gain muscle mass. I eat a balanced meal of Protien and Carbs 6 times a day. I have a bit of fat on me but nothing major.
Just wondering if anyone has any input or suggestions on my routine?
