I had a few questions regarding shoulder presses to work the Anterior Deltoids. First, is there a difference between shoulder press and the military press? Second, my gym has two press machines that I use. The one I usually use has an angled seat and back which makes it so you are leaning back while pressing. Is this bad? I can't really tell if the movement is behind my neck or not, but after reading recent posts I wanted to make sure this machine was ok. The second machine for Anterior is a seated upright shoulder press. The question I have about this is: do you think I should hold the grips so my palms are facing towards each other and close, or so my palms face outwards? Thanks for all your help.....
