I started taking it in December 13 last year, i just ran out of it, ive heard that you should use it for 1 month, then go off itfor another month, then back again....help
You should take time off? i have nothing on the back of my bottle, nor have i ever read about taking time off,,, and for reason, if i was to take 4 weeks off my creatine i would probably lose all these results

you wouldn't lose the lean body mass gained whilst on creatine but you would lose the water weight
im taking cell tech creatine, and it says that it should be used for a minimun of 8 weeks, but i hear everywhere, that you should take 2 weeks off, then start again, some other places say, 4 weeks off, others say go off it for the same amount of time you used it..im confused here
i loaded the first week, it said to take one serving in the morning and one right after your workout, then maintain one serving right after workout for 8 weeks. When im done with the 8 weeks, should i stop taking it for 2 weeks then load again and repeat the whole process?
All you need is 5 grams. They tell you to load so that you use up alot of the product quickly, and have to buy more after. Get off celltech, it's to expensive. Just get your plain powder and drink it with your favorite juice. Since no one really knows the safe dosages of creatine, I did 6 - 4weeks on, 4 weeks off. Make sure to drink alot of water when you take creatine and you'll never have to worry about any problems from Creatine.
Neo - usually directions on the back of the package arent exactly the best. Just a general statement, but usually a correct one.
so should i not stop for 4 weks just continue using san v12 turbo because my 8 week period comes to an end soon and thats when it recomends to stop for 4 weeks due to its potency
Its where u take like 10g pre and 10g post w/o for the first 5-10 days to overflow the muscles with ATP...I personally think that loading isnt necessary...It efficient say you have an upcoming event (lifting, endurance etc) and want to kick ur bod into high gear and provide a muscular "boost" a bit but otherwise IMHO its unnecessary....
I have a feeling im gonna get blasted over this one!
Life is what you make of it, not what it makes you...TAKE CHARGE!
