How Much?
After coming off a bulk, how much weight do you try to lose?
I'm down from 277 lbs to 237 lbs. Was thinking of going down to 225lbs, but having 2nd thoughts of down to 235 lbs then bulk back up. Will start my next cycle when I reach my whatever goal in weight lost is! |

don't worry about the weight loss. worry about the fat loss. ideally you want to stay as close to the weight you are at right now. diet slow and try adn keep as much muscle as possible.

Stop when you are comfortable with your physique. Don't worry about what the scale says.
