my main question is when is the best time to do cardio? my exercise is jumping rope and jogging, i only want to do cardio 3 days a week...i'm trying to get bigger but i want to get rid of some of this excess fat a little quicker too. i have heard many different opinions on what is the best but with no real arguments as to why...so i need a little help, thanks.
Do it in the morning, but not on an completly empty stomach.
