I have had a nagging wrist pain for almost a year now. It has gotten much better since I replaced weighted dips and close grip bench presses with weighted bench dips and a wider grip for my narrow grip BB. (My grip was about 6 inches between my thumbs. Now my grip is about 12-14 inches between my thumbs.)
I will use wrist wraps on occasion if my wrist is bothering me. I rarely use them now. I have also been taking glucosimne and MSM in pill form. I have heard that the liquid form may be better for joint recovery and will try that soon. I also take a wider grip on the BB for curls and use an E-Z bar for closer grip curls. You can also use dumbbells in lieu of a BB if this helps position your wrists in a less painfull angle. |

Something in your bicep routine is bugging you, sounds like time to revise the routine. What are you doing currently?
