    Abdominal Routines

I am in a mad search for the perfect abdominal routine, and I was wondering what some of you guys do.

I have been loving doing the HIT style where I've been doing 1-2 sets to absolute utter failure and being done with it but I will be devoting a day to my abs and forearms starting tommorow, and I want to get a real good routine ASAP.

Interesting. Is doing all those different kinds of excercises really necessary? I have steered away from doing similar type movement excercises in my back, chest, biceps, etc. why would the abs be any different?

I do weighted decline situps and weighted captain's chairs. Tomorrow I will start my muscular endurance routine, which will consist of bodyweight weighted decline situps.
