    Building workout question

    For chest day, should I do triceps and shoulders the same day? Or do it the next day?

    I'm trying to make a 6 day workout in 3 splits.

    While I'm taking 1-AD.

    How does this look:


    Monday and Thursday:
    Chest

    Triceps

    Shoulders

    Forearm





    Tuesday and Friday:
    Legs
    Abs
    Calf




    Wendesday and Saturday:

    Back

    Biceps

    Trapezius

    why workout 6 days a week when you can workout 3? Try being more effcient.

    why work out 6 days a week when you can clearly see you have one more day available to you..why not work 7. I mean lets be realistic here........... you are on 1-AD.. you dont need rest, but what you do need is.. TO GET HUUUUGE!!!

    Oh right, 1-AD is that stuff that turns us all into superhumans who no longer need to rest. I forgot.

    DUHHH!!! scientific research from scientists at UCLA have recently discovered that compounds similar to 1-AD have been found in sharks which they use to help aid them in the ability to not sleep. Sharks are a constantly active species which must always maintain movement to survive. If they were to ever just stop.. they would die.. thats why when you take 1-AD it takes those compounds and makes them relavent to your body.. which in conclusion gives the ability to never need any sort of rest..and too GET

    Actually, it hasn't been proven that sharks don't sleep. Many species' brains don't actually coordinate swimming movements. The part of their body that does so is in their spinal cord; sharks can swim while almost entirely unconcious. As well, there are some sharks that are able to remain motionless and still live because they have an alternate method of breathing.

    Sleep is characterized by a change in brain waves, not necessarily a lack of activity.

    I'm not disproving them. I never said that. I disagree with your interpretation of their study. There is a lot of room for error between you reading the study and trying to paraphrase what you learned here.

    My point is, no matter the supplement, we need sleep. Why wouldn't you sleep? Growth hormone release is highest during the deepest phase of sleep.

    I sort of thought it was a joke at first, but you would be surprised at the things people say. One of my favorites is, "Doing squats causes your growth plates to close." Bahaha!
