Not train delts?

I've known this for a long time that my front delts are way too overdeveloped for my shoulders, as well as the rest of my physique. This happened b/c when i began i used to only train front delts, as well as when i did chest (esp. flatbench), i pushed alot of my frontals.

For a long time now i've been training my rear and side delts first in my wo's, if i train my frontals at all. This is STILL not working. The are STILL too big.

Should i just STOP training front delts altogether? Even if i skip front delts for a wo or two, when i do do them, i don't lose much strength.

any ideas?

your shoulders look big in the pictures you have up in your gallery. I don't really see a problem, although if you do, the only way to "catch up" in a sense I'd imagine would be to stop working them.

If I were you, I would just consider them one of your finest muscles on your body. My back is my most developed, I am not going to stop doing my back day to have things "catch up."

Whatever works for you, I guess.

if you are doing any overhead pressing movements your anterior delts are getting hit.

that's the thing. i rarely even do presses anymore, and when i do, they're last in my shoulder wo.

i mean my side and rear delts aren't that bad, and they're still gettin' better, but the fronts just dominate.

pressing movements for chest does the same thing (as you already know) sounds liike you just need to bring up the other 2 heads. you surely can't make your anterior deltoid smaller

you might also want to do just decline bench, take the shoulder totally out of the equation.

i dunno, my anteriors are probably out of proportion, but i dont think its that big of a deal... helps you look like your shoulders are much wider from the side!

Indeed. Perhaps you need to do slightly more volume for the other two heads, or incorporate a set per week of some type of shock technique.
