Yo du, you ended up getting it? It's a real solid book, isn't it. I love the stories in there.

Yep I did. Well worth it.

Ive got a newfound respect for people like Mentzer, Boyer Coe, and Sergio Oliva and the crazy ways of Arthur Jones.

I highly recommend The Science and Practice of Strength Training by Vladimir Zatsiorky. Next on the list for me is the NSCA-CPT and CSCS textbooks, followed by Supertraining.
