Ive got a newfound respect for people like Mentzer, Boyer Coe, and Sergio Oliva and the crazy ways of Arthur Jones.
"Getting Stronger" by Bill Pearl, wide range of workout plans/information.
back for the first time....
I highly recommend The Science and Practice of Strength Training by Vladimir Zatsiorky. Next on the list for me is the NSCA-CPT and CSCS textbooks, followed by Supertraining.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
CowPimp Chews Cud - My Journal

Well I went ahead and got the Arnold book, it will at least be the coolest one.
