    Frequency of Training, Your Feedback

I am not going to start a debate with this, I am looking for experienced members to post their personal experience with training frequency. For example did you get better results hitting each bodypart once a week? Twice a week? Three times per week?

Looking back in my past journals I honestly received the best gains using an upper and lower body split. Chest/shoulders/triceps on the first day, and then back/legs on the second day.

Is this not the 3rd volume thread youve created in the last week or so?

You do realize, you have more strength and LBM than most people on this site and in general, right? Youre obviously doing a lot of stuff right.
Maybe we should be asking YOU the questions....

I don't think so. Just because someone is genetically gifted, doesn't mean that they know whats best.

I have good results with higher volume.

so youre saying mike is an idiot and doesnt know anything, eh? j/p
and in any case like you say, he's genetically gifted, so he doesnt have to know whats "best" ...as he can do anything he wants and it works for HIM

no but seriously Mike is toooo hard on himself, that was all was getting at.

Actually, every person is unique and responds differently so this question really doesnt serve a purpose except just for satisfying curiosity

I'm getting awesome results from Westside, which involves training my body parts twice per week. It blows away the progress I made training one time per week, at least in terms of strength. As well, when I got back into lifting, I was doing a full body routine 3 times per week. I made gains steadily on this routine too. Really, it all works, as long as you make sure you're eating enough.
