    "DROP SETS"- HOW OFTEN? ADVICE?

I HAVE BEEN EXPERIMENTING WITH "DROP SETS" RECENTLY. I HAVE BEEN DOING A DROP SET AT HALF MY NORMAL WEIGHT, AND AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE TO MUSCLE FAILURE. I DO THIS ONCE EVERY 2 WEEKS OR TWICE A MONTH WITH A DIFFRENT MUSCLE TARGET EACH TIME. FOR INSTANCE AFTER MY WORKOUT LAST NIGHT I DID 50 REPS ON THE PREACHER CURL. MAN... TALK ABOUT A BURN!! ANYWAY ANY ADVICE ON HOW OFTEN THIS SHOULD BE DONE? ALSO ANYONE'S RESULTS OR INPUT ON THIS IS APPRECIATED.
