Full Body Workouts
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com ive been seeing alot of these Full Body ,(HIT) style, 'til failure and i was wondering if there is a specific link to a plan to do..
how do u kno which excersise you should do for each specific body part or is the idea to work the muscle as a whole.. it seems hard to belive that by doing 1 excersise on a certain body part until failure you will see resulsts. ![]() much appreciation if someone could SIMPLIFY all of this info.. or put it into persepctive with a 3 day split.. that would be awsome. thnks all |
