I'd pick some routines from the bodybuilding section of this forum and some routines from the powerlifting section of this forum and just incorporate them together. Should give you the best of both worlds.

Tom is getting his forums mixed up I think. What do you mean a program mixed between the two? what exactly are you looking to accomplish?
Lots of routines can be found in the on-line journal section as well as using th search function.

Basic movements, lower reps, not a high number of sets (volume).

"Doggcrap" aka Dante would be one of the famous people to chase after as far as routines, I didn't happen to find it that great though for myself (although I was not sending him money to officially train me either). Stick to the basics, lower volume, relatively heavy training - good enough for me.

Why don't you just do a powerlifting routine, but eat like a bodybuilder? Powerlifting routines will get you plenty big.
