I use one exercise for bi's and tri's, and I train them with chest and back.

Most common exercises I use are:

Triceps:
French Presses
Push Downs

Biceps:
Barbell Curls
Preacher Curls

A French Press, also called a Skull Crusher, is where you lie on a flat bench and using a ez-curl bar you lower the bar to your forehead, bending at the elbows.

That's a damn good trivia question!

And I have no idea, but I'm pretty sure they were called a French Press long before they were called a Skull Crusher.

Biceps: 3 sets, 1st set 60 degree incline curl, 2nd set 75 degree incline curl, 3rd set 90 degree curl.

Triceps: 3 supersets, French curl 8-10 reps immediatly go to close grip bp with the same bar 10-15 more reps.

Try this if you are as insane as I am.....

Superset....barbell curl/close grip pullup...1 set
Superset....pushdowns/ close grip bench press...1 set
Superset....preacher curl/ overhead dumbell extension...2 sets
Dropset....cable curl to failure, drop weight to failure, drop weight to failure...1 set
Dropset....bench dips with weight to failure, drop some weight to failure, drop weight to failure...1 set

Go home and pray your arms don't fall off....

I love french presses, but I call them Skull Crushes cause it makes me more manly, and sounds more pleasant anyway!
