Just a girl.... Looking for muscles!!

A French Press, also called a Skull Crusher, is where you lie on a flat bench and using a ez-curl bar you lower the bar to your forehead, bending at the elbows.
Ahhh!
You learn something new everyday. Thanks Prince!

And I have no idea, but I'm pretty sure they were called a French Press long before they were called a Skull Crusher.
Biceps: 3 sets, 1st set 60 degree incline curl, 2nd set 75 degree incline curl, 3rd set 90 degree curl.
Triceps: 3 supersets, French curl 8-10 reps immediatly go to close grip bp with the same bar 10-15 more reps.![]()
GO SKINS !!!
Try this if you are as insane as I am.....
Superset....barbell curl/close grip pullup...1 set
Superset....pushdowns/ close grip bench press...1 set
Superset....preacher curl/ overhead dumbell extension...2 sets
Dropset....cable curl to failure, drop weight to failure, drop weight to failure...1 set
Dropset....bench dips with weight to failure, drop some weight to failure, drop weight to failure...1 set
Go home and pray your arms don't fall off....

I love french presses, but I call them Skull Crushes cause it makes me more manly, and sounds more pleasant anyway!

SKULL CRUSHERS!SKULL CRUSHERS
these skull crushers have worn some of my elbow cartilage away
because they put too much stress on just one joint its so terrible
i can't do them ever again!

to lessen the pain of skull crushers i extend my arms past my head when i go down.. so it isn't even going down on my skull anymore... i had to do that cause i think my arms are too long to be comfrotablly go down on the skull
No Pain, No Gain
But what about the seated french press that the real one that causes damage
