I use one exercise for bi's and tri's, and I train them with chest and back.

Most common exercises I use are:

    Triceps:
    French Presses
    Push Downs

    Biceps:
    Barbell Curls
    Preacher Curls

A French Press, also called a Skull Crusher, is where you lie on a flat bench and using a ez-curl bar you lower the bar to your forehead, bending at the elbows.

That's a damn good trivia question!

And I have no idea, but I'm pretty sure they were called a French Press long before they were called a Skull Crusher.

I love french presses, but I call them Skull Crushes cause it makes me more manly, and sounds more pleasant anyway!

Those who trumpet their sufferings are most deserving of misery.
