One of my favorites is the arm curl where you lift food up and down into your mouth. It is one of my high rep excercises I enjoy doing and it really helps put on mass.

1.The "Lift My Spoon and Fork to my Mouth" exercise. Mass is built foremost at the dinner table, not in the gym.

2.Sleeping and "Sitting on My Ass At Home". The body grows while it rests.

Now we'll move to the gym

    3. Squats
    4. Deadlifts
    5. Dumbbell Bench Presses or Inclines
    6. Military Presses
    7. Chins
    8. Bent BB Rows
    9. Close Grip Bench Presses
    10. Stiff Deadlifts
