Bench Press, Dead Lift, Squat, Barbell Curls, Dumbell Curls, Rows, Pushdowns, Hack Squats, Skull Crushers, Flyes.
Bench, Squat, Any type of row, DB shrugs, Preacher Curls, Concentration curls, Leg Press, Dips, Lying French Press...sum may not seem like mass builders to u guys but they work for me.
1.The "Lift My Spoon and Fork to my Mouth" exercise. Mass is built foremost at the dinner table, not in the gym.
2.Sleeping and "Sitting on My Ass At Home". The body grows while it rests.
Now we'll move to the gym

8. Bent BB Rows
