    Specific run and punch training + explosive lifting (Olympic lift for example) and compound (squat & dead) for running and bench for punching.

    The only way to punch faster is to practice punching faster. Same goes for jumping. Same goes for running.

    Strength training is not skill training, they should be be used seperately to achieve goals

    Plyometrics that mimic running and punching. This is what makes them faster.
