That's great Rob. Sly's always been my role model!

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

I love watching the lifts that involve lifting objects other than bars and bells. Like in rocky 3 was it where he's training in the snow and shit. Also love the intensity on his face when doing squats. You can feel it cause you know what he's going through.

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

Great Video!! Thanks Rob.

I wonder what impact the new Ban will have on Sly's new product line? I'm thinking he had to re-tool his products to be in compliance but then, he may have had adequate warning.

None, because 6-OXO is not on the ban list.

Ahhhh ok, I was under the impression that the new "Instone" products were going to compete with the PH/PS market. Thanks for educating me!

To clarify that - one of his prodcuts, ForzaT, has 6-oxo in it. He doesnt sell ErgoPharm's 6-Oxo as a standalone product.

Right, and as of now ErgoPharm has not let anyone else use that ingrediant in a supplement except Instone. ...wonder how much Sly paid them?

Id bet a hell of a lot. But at the same time, Sly is quite a celebrity even outside the bb'ing world, and with his marketing potential, I imagine he will eventually require quite very large orders from PA.
