I just started lifting 2 months ago I have been doing a fullbody workout
and have had very good results btu now I wont to step it up and work on a
3 day split any help would be great.![]()

Are you talking about a Mon-Wed-Fri routine? Or 3 days in a row?

2 on, 1 off, 1 on, 1 off
or
3 on 1(or 2) off

Do you plan on doing cardio tues & thurs?
I do 20min cardio everyday I workout
