    need a new routine Help

    I just started lifting 2 months ago I have been doing a fullbody workout
    and have had very good results btu now I wont to step it up and work on a
    3 day split any help would be great.

    day1- upper push (chest/shoulders/tris)
    day2- legs
    day3- upper pull (back/bis/traps)

    day1- chest/back
    day2- legs
    day3- shoulders/arms

    Are you talking about a Mon-Wed-Fri routine? Or 3 days in a row?

    I think he is talking about mon-wed-fri.

    I have used those splits in different ways like:

    2 on, 1 off, 1 on, 1 off

    or

    3 on 1(or 2) off

    I was ASSuming that he wanted mon-wed-fri since he said he was a beginner.

    I do 20min cardio everyday I workout
