Push ups help!
I'm going to be getting back to the gym after taking a few years off. I'm going to start by doing some push ups for about a month(not straight). I just have a few questions.
1. Is it okay to do them everyday or should I rest a day in between? I usually do about 4 sets with different variations. 2. Should I be breathing in when pushing up or when dropping down? 3. Should I eat something after I do them? 4. Anybody have any variations or routines that they do with push ups that they could reccomend? Thanks in advance! |

I'd go to the weight room and start light instead of just doing pushups. You need to start training your entire body, not just chest and triceps.
