Trust me, do those and once you feel it, you can't feel more MAN. I love hip abductors. Gopro and ballest once said that by strengthening that part of your legs, it helps improve compound movements like Squats and Leg Presses since you'll be improving your weak links.Originally posted by animal56

And yes, wide stance squats, hack squats, leg presses and deadlifts will recruit the inner thigh muscles strongly.
One variation on the leg press which fry's the inner thigh is single leg leg press. You will feel muscles you did not know you had!
