    Question Inner Thighs

    Among a couple of other flabquakes I experience, I have a hardtime maintaining my inner thighs.

    Any exercise or workout that could help tighten up thart area?

    wide stance back squats with toes pointed out are good for this area. In fact, when done right, you'll feel it in the morning!

    Does your gym have one of those adductor/abductor machines?

    Trust me, do those and once you feel it, you can't feel more MAN. I love hip abductors. Gopro and ballest once said that by strengthening that part of your legs, it helps improve compound movements like Squats and Leg Presses since you'll be improving your weak links.

    these work great, just be sure the wt your using is light enuf to where you dont injure your knees/use good, slow controled reps

    It's a good exercise, and it's not just for females.

    Hey..just read my article on the ironmag homepage..."Leg Day. To Be Or Not To Be?" I talk about the usefullness of the ab/aducctor machine, and it's value to us guys.

    And yes, wide stance squats, hack squats, leg presses and deadlifts will recruit the inner thigh muscles strongly.

    One variation on the leg press which fry's the inner thigh is single leg leg press. You will feel muscles you did not know you had!
