hello,
i want to add dropsets to my program.
i want to know if 1 set of drop set is like that: i'll do 10 reps, after that decrease weight and do again 8-10 reps, and again.
take rest, and again do drop set.
am i right?
and if yes how much time should i take for rest between dropsets?
