Based on your pics, and believe me I looked them over good, I would say your bodyfat is not 10%. Not that that is a bad thing, 10% is ridiculously low. I would put you around 16-18% which is very good for a woman. Below 15% and you would typically have problems with menses. I just wanted to say menses.

Anyway, BMI is a waste if ya ask me. How did you come by these numbers?

ok whats menses? and my body fat was calculated at 8% on nearly all and at 14% on another one odd i know but the best way to tell difference is take a posing picture of tense arms and muscles when you first start then a couple of months down the line take some more tense picture of amrs and stomach etc then compare them so you can seee the difference rather than read it in measurements

oh and some very nice pics :P

Yeah, those Electrical impedance things are no good. Have someone use calipers on ya, quick and effective. Regardless, you get 2 thumbs up.

I don't think you're 10% body fat either, but you're body looks damned good!

Don't ever listen to the BMI index. According the BMI I am teetering on the brink of overweight. I don't feel that I am overweight. You can look at my gallery and judge for yourself how accurate this description is.
