    So what's sore right now?

I am sure many of us are feeling some aches and pains associated with our active lifestyles. Sure, lifting-induced muscle soreness is pretty common, but what about other kinds of soreness?

Me for example, both my wrists are sore and my right elbow is sore, and I have been feeling minor soreness in my lower back since I've started playing hockey again. But other than that, I feel great.

    So let's hear it....

Since i just had 2 days off from training, no muscles are currently sore. Usually on any given day whatever muscle(s) i've trained within the last 5 days i can barely move.

Other than that, my shoulder (rotator) is sore on and off, and for some reason my ankle is f#@^ed up. Every monring i wake up i hafta hobble down the stairs cuz it hurts. I'm thinkin' it's from soccer, but hopefully it goes away.

I posted a thread about my recurring shoulder issues... So they always flare up. My wrists and elbows often get sore too. That's about it for me!

You know.... I really don't want to hex myself but surprisingly enough, nothing seriously hurts! I've got a slight soreness/stiffness in my shoulders from last nights workout but otherwise, I feel great!

Maybe I should slam my hand in the desk to make sure I'm still alive?

discomfort in the left side of my middle back, real minor though. my elbow is sore only when I do skullcrushers which is planned for about a half hour from now when I head to the gym, and then my wrists because i spend too much time on IM.

My lower back is sore...usually is. I had a buldging disk a few years back that I still haven't fixed just yet (working hard on that though). Not to mention being out in a snow-storm at work for 3 hours the other night and falling on my ass while trying to climb down a hill didn't help my back issues much....
