    Fequency of rest.

    How often do u guys take breaks in your training. I really havent taken much off since i started, about 15 months ago, and have decided to take 2 weeks off.

    I would think 15 months straight is a long stretch with no layoff. I don't have a predetermined time-frame myself...but I would say every 6 to 8 months it would be good to take a week of to recharge. Maybe even more frequently than that, some would say.

    I would plan for a week off every 3-4 months. However, life usually does it for me.
    What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
