My gym doesn't have a leg press

If I do 4 sets of squats and hack squats, and 3 sets of leg extensions is that enough?

    Get a new gym

    Or...

I'd add some lunges in there. That'll give you a nice burn all around, as well as some Romanian Deadlifts. Leg Press works more than the quads, so make sure you get everything evened out.

Well, you don't "Need" a leg press, but it's definitely a great machine to build mass.

Deads hit the quads a bit too, unless they are rack deads which removes the legs from the job.

Olympic squats, hack squats, lunges, and unilateral squats are all effective quadricep centric exercises.

SLDLs, Romanian deadlifts, good mornings, and glute ham raises are all excellent hamstring dominant exercises.

Most people seem to do more work for their quadriceps for no good reason. However, having disproportionately strong quadriceps relative to your hamstrings opens one up to injury.

Leg Press is fun to play with, but squats are the real deal.

When you say just squat do you mean no hack squats or leg extensions?
