Did I Start Doing This All Wrong?

Big problem with strength. Today was Chest and Shoulder day for me. I used to do 22-25 min's of hard cardio 5 days a week late in the afternoons around 4pm and my training 4 days a week around 7am on training days. Yesterday and today I took my cardio up to 45-60 min's. I also switched things around doing cardio first and training second. Today cardio at 7am and started my training at 11:30am and found that I had no strength at all.
Note: I've been on a cut for almost three months. Is this strength loss today from to much cardio on days I train or not giving myself enough time between cardio and training?

    Hey PT-

What about your diet? Could it be your blood sugar was low from doing the cardio before lifting?

Down 40 lbs and B/F from 29% to around 18%. Diet consist of a little over 2500 cal's as of today which for the last 6 weeks was only 1800 cal's a day. As of today 161gr of carbs, 366 gr of protein and 49gr of total fat. Mr. Lam that's why i was questionong you in re: to using some gear to obtain a little strength and still cut. The problem is when I'm done cutting i want to run a long bulking cycle around 16 weeks and if I start using gear now that 16 weeks will turn into around 22-26 weeks. That's a long time for an old man to run gear.

    Thanks T.......Tough old Man
